Returns Policy
Each Pretty Prints piece is handmade with care and attention to detail. We carefully inspect every item and check each order before it is packed and shipped to make sure everything is correct.
If you receive the wrong item or there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll be happy to assist you.
Exchanges & Returns
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within:
- Hong Kong: 14 days of receiving your order
- International: 21 days of receiving your order
Please contact us before returning any item so we can guide you through the return process.
Items must be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We reserve the right to decline a return or exchange if the item has been used, damaged, or is not returned in its original condition and packaging.
Damaged Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Pretty Prints cannot be responsible for damage that occurs during transit.
Minor damage to the outer packaging, such as folded or dented parcels, does not qualify for a replacement or refund.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us. We will do our best to track the shipment and locate your package. Please note that investigations with the shipping carrier may take additional time.
If a package is confirmed as lost and cannot be recovered, we will review the situation on a case by case basis and work with you toward a reasonable solution.

As each piece is made with care, we hope you understand that small variations in fabric, colour, stitching, and finishing may occur. These little details are part of the character and uniqueness of handmade work.
退貨及換貨政策
每一件 Pretty Prints 作品都是用心手工製作。我們會在包裝及寄出前仔細檢查每件產品，以及核對每一張訂單，確保貨品及訂單內容正確無誤。
如果您收到錯誤的商品，或訂單有任何問題，請盡快與我們聯絡，我們會樂意為您提供協助。
退貨及換貨
如收到錯誤商品，請於以下期限內與我們聯絡：
- 香港： 收到訂單後 14 天內
- 國際： 收到訂單後 21 天內
如需退回商品，請先與我們聯絡，以便我們為您提供退貨安排及相關指引。
退回的商品必須保持未使用、原有狀況及完整包裝。退貨所產生的運費由買家負責。
如商品已使用、損壞，或退回時未能保持原有狀況及包裝，我們保留拒絕退貨或換貨申請的權利。
包裹損壞
包裹交予運送公司後，如在運送過程中發生損壞，Pretty Prints 將無法對運送期間造成的損壞負責。
如包裹外包裝出現輕微摺痕、凹痕或其他運送痕跡，將不接受因此而提出的退貨、退款或換貨要求。
包裹遺失或延誤
如果您的包裹未能在預計配送時間內送達，請與我們聯絡。我們會盡力協助追蹤貨件及尋找包裹。
請注意，向運送公司查詢及調查可能需要額外時間。
如包裹最終確認遺失且無法尋回，我們會按個別情況作出評估，並與您商討合適的處理方式。

每一件作品都是用心手工製作，因此布料、顏色、縫線及製作細節可能會存在些微差異。
這些細微的不一致，正是手作作品獨有的特色與溫度，也讓每一件作品都帶有屬於自己的個性。
